Laurie was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding and purchasing our second home in Nags Head. She was very patient as we had no sense of urgency. I would recommend Laurie to anyone that is buying or selling a home. She is honest; but most of all reliable. She recommended things to fix in the home to put it on the market and also recommended reliable and trustworthy contractors to complete the work. Laurie also went above and beyond to help us with things pertaining to the closing; finding us a great closing Attorney. She is more then just a realtor; she is a wonderful and compassionate person.
Laurie was very knowledgeable and patient during our search for our retirement home. She had great recommendations for companies through the settlement process as well as being very helpful learning about flood insurance. We can't wait to be permanent OBX neighbors!
