I have been a fortunate patient of Dr.Mulka for over 15 years. I have been in the dental field for over 40 years. I do not work there but decided to find my own dentist and hygienist for myself and my husband. SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND HER. She has a wonderful staff from the front desk to the back. Definite five star
When I called the office I was trying to find a dentist that accepted my insurance. I was told that they do. I went in and normally I get 2 cleanings a year that's included in my plan. I received a bill for 300.00. When I called about it, they told me I should of checked with my insurance. I was pretty shocked. I thought that's what they did when they put me on hold to check. I've been making payments ever since.
She didn't show up for my appointment! I stayed for a cleaning with the hygienist. I had x-rays taken and was told the doctor would call me after she took a look at them. I never heard from her!
