Worst experience ever. The office is extremely unprofessional and the front desk seems to overstep their role, giving unsolicited advises and clinical opinions but failing to answer questions and schedule a simple appointment.

I had a disappointing experience with this office. I called to schedule a procedure I’ve never had before, expecting guidance and professionalism. Instead, the receptionist attempted to “educate” me on the procedure (that I didn’t ask for) but she struggled to verbalize her point and even questioned whether I had done my own research, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. I went to Dr Casas following a lip reconstruction due to a dog attack. The surgery had gone well but my healing was long, arduous and scar tissue prevented an optimal result. The staff at Dr. Casas is friendly and great but the reason for the one star is because of the service. I went in for the MiraDry treatment last July. The total cost of the procedure is $2000 and they promise a large reduction of sweating as I suffer from hyperhydrosis. At first the treatment appeared to work as expected but after many months my sweating came back again was then a year later to the point where I honestly am close to where I Started.
