I just had a heat pump/ac system installed. My wife & I are extremely happy with this system. Very efficient & it's whisper quiet. Simple to use. Outside temp today is 90. Temp inside my house is 68. Very comfortable. The workers are great people that work really hard, do a nice neat job. They explained in detail the system, maintenance & how it functions. I highly recommend this company.
To the rescue twice in 4 days. End of day call. Pump was shot on the burner, going into the evening with the looming fear of no heat and possibility of pipes bursting (again). Dawn went out of her way to make sure I would not be left hanging. Tech arrived, thorough and professional. Had the pump available and saved the day. Great people that care and do the job right!
Had a pipe blow out in my heating loop. They were here within an hour! Not only fixed it, but addressed every issue that arose. Beyond impressed at their level of caring and professionalism. Top notch all the way.
Things got much, much worse since 4 seasons joined Laureyns. They seem to focus on charging and collecting money, rather than fixing customer problem. The worse the service, the more visits required, the more billing follows. Here is how they bill. Say something broke down. Tech comes in for 5-10 min, then says this needs to be replaced, but we don't have it. Then charges $180 for 10 min. Then they order the part and install it. Again $180 plus the cost of the part.
