This company did good work years ago, but in the last 5 years they have screwed up 3 different times. 2 heating issues and 1 AC issue. They actually charged me to fix there mistakes. After being a customer for 17 yrs in an emergency situation, they told me I wasn't a customer and they weren't taking new customers. My furnace stopped working in the winter. Completely unreliable, very inexperienced technicians.
Pleasant workers but their prices are absurd !!! 220.00 for a less than 15 minute consult
very unethical business model. They overcharge you and bill you without any consent....I have never encountered anything like this
I just had a heat pump/ac system installed. My wife & I are extremely happy with this system. Very efficient & it's whisper quiet. Simple to use. Outside temp today is 90. Temp inside my house is 68. Very comfortable. The workers are great people that work really hard, do a nice neat job. They explained in detail the system, maintenance & how it functions. I highly recommend this company.
To the rescue twice in 4 days. End of day call. Pump was shot on the burner, going into the evening with the looming fear of no heat and possibility of pipes bursting (again). Dawn went out of her way to make sure I would not be left hanging. Tech arrived, thorough and professional. Had the pump available and saved the day. Great people that care and do the job right!
