We decided to change out our old toilet which was in this home for years prior to the 1980's when we moved in. Upon removal of the old toilet Mike had been made aware that the toilet pipe was cracked and it was lead which tells you how old it was. He proceeded to clean out and repair the pipe so that the new toilet could be installed. He answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous.
