it's a beautiful place to work..they have their issues but I love what I do and this is home for me as a CNA and health care provider..so that being said.when God lift this Corona vires ..no that we will do our best to take great care of your family..and make them welcome..
Horrible facility! Smells of urine throughout. Patients are left to themselves most of the day. But the worst part is the staff..... you can't even ask one of the nurses/techs for something because they are quick to respond that it isn't their responsibility and pass the buck off to another. The staff is just there for decor basically. Please keep loved ones away from here.... rapport and attentiveness is extremely lacking.
We did a whole 360 turn around coming from Williamsburg nursing home that was a place that I would never recommend to anyone coming to Lauren wood nursing facility has been a very good experience very clean so far all the nurses have been awesome they have made my mom feel at home and they seem to be very sincere
