I gave a low mark because we hired Laurens Restoration to do a ~$5,000.00 repair job in our basement. There was a misunderstanding where the estimator had left out an entire room that originally had appeared to be included in the contract. The estimator blamed us for everything and was extremely rude and unprofessional directly to me about it. Ultimately, we had to hire a second contractor to finish the job that was originally agreed upon with Laurens.

We hired Laurens Restoration to do our mold remediation project at our home. The minute they came we knew that they were a very professional company, and that they would do great work. Gary came out to look at our project and to give us a quote. They gave a very reasonable price, and he was also very kind. When he was here he took his time, and explained the process of the work to be done. Laurens Restoration did an exceptional job with the water damage left behind by the storm. Gary, the project manager was great as were his courteous staff, very professional and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Simply the best!
