I’ve been going here for over a year. During that time I’ve come to realize the service has gone way down. One girl is very argumentative and never wants to give me what I ask for. Today I was forced a soak off, that’s fine I’ll change my whole color. When I asked for chocolate with a pink cat eye overlay (which I know I can do because I’ve done it before) I was told NO for about the 5th and final time! Consumer Beware!
