The property located at One Heritage Place Heritage Building or Real Estate One Building. Second Summer it is so hot in this building. I have made many many complaints. The building manger is always quick to get back to you with an HVAC guy is in route but no changes. The thermometer below shows 85 degrees in my office on Monday June 23 2025! Today it was still 81 in my office. So ridiculous! We know it’s hot outside but really this should not happen this day and age. My real rating is NO STARS!

Your employee, skinny white boy with a greasy mustache and a ball cap was driving your white Chevy pick up with a red hopper on the back of it. He was tailgating, whipping in and out of lanes, illegal lane changes, and throwing things at other cars. Your company logo on the doors.
