Dr. Laurence Hicks and the whole office are the MOST amazing, caring, people. They go above and beyond any doctor and doctor's office I've ever gone to. I've lived in a few different states and had many good doctors BUT no doctor or his staff ever compared to Dr. Hicks. I'm beyond grateful.
I went to Dr Hicks for the time I lived in Burley ID. It is hard when moving 700+ miles away and trying to find a new doc as good as he is. He is caring and very knowledgeable
He takes the time to listen and he genuinely cares what you have going on. He explains things so are understanding instead of him just coming in like a McDonald’s drive-through to head out the door to the next patient. Dr. Hicks is the king of bedside manner! He always takes time to provide really high standard care and explains everything clearly!
He seems to know what he's doing and is very helpful. The staff is very friendly. He takes his time explaining the treatment needed.
Best doctor I've been to. Very knowledgeable in many area of medicine. Understanding, helpful, empathetic and just a wonderful person. Staff is friendly, prompt and helpful. Thank you.
My only complaint is his very unfriendly, rude receptionist. She took it upon herself to dictate what I did and did not need with my pain management. She would refuse to relay messages to Dr. Hicks, I would end up speaking with him and he had never been told I called. He is an amazing doctor, unfortunetly I left his practice due to his receptionist and not him.
I really liked how quick he was to provide service. I barely had any time at all to sit in the waiting room!
