Dr. Krain is kind, professional, and thorough. He spent time getting all the info he needed to help me, and then walked me and my parents through a plan of action for me. He has an excellent nurse, Ana, who is very prompt, typically calling back within 24 hours (most of my calls were pretty urgent).
Dr. Krain has always been strait to the point. He has a friendly personality while telling me exactly what my problems are and what I can do to fix the issues. He has been a blessing. I would recommend going to see Dr Krain versus dealing with the University of Iowa Neurology Unit - they were horrible un-informative. I appreciate this doctor and his staff.
