I called Laurence on the phone, he helped me verbally solve my problem saving me $250 service call. I had used him once before and he was very good… reasonably priced and very competent. I’m giving Laurence five stars for his diligence and past performance.
Lawrence was extremely helpful with an electrical issue. Responded promptly and fixed the issue immediately. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable.
