Dr. Kelley is a fantastic doctor. Not only does he listens to you, he breaks stuff down in layman's term for clear knowledge and understanding. I'm happy he's my doctor.
My phone interaction with the scheduler named Esther was horrible. During the call, Esther repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence and appeared focused on ending the call rather than listening to the urgency or details of the situation. The tone and manner were dismissive and came across as rude, which was both upsetting and unprofessional—especially given that I was calling on behalf of a family member who needed prompt medical attention. If you're late due to circumstances beyond your control he and his staff will not see you. Period, too bad for you. Would go into the details but the language I would use would get me banned. Look elsewhere.

Dr Kelley is the most caring compassionate doctor I have ever been to, he listened for what I had to say, he’s sense of humor makes the whole appt easier. Thank you Dr. Kelley
