If you're late due to circumstances beyond your control he and his staff will not see you. Period, too bad for you. Would go into the details but the language I would use would get me banned. Look elsewhere.

Dr Kelley is the most caring compassionate doctor I have ever been to, he listened for what I had to say, he’s sense of humor makes the whole appt easier. Thank you Dr. Kelley
I was so appalled by how this doctor spoke to my husband in the ER that I informed the hospital we would not accept care from him. Didn’t listen. Was arrogant. Wanted to proceed directly to cardiac cath without appropriate tests. We got care elsewhere and he did not need a catheterization. He’s an embarrassment to Adventist.
This was the worst experience I've had with a physician in over fourty years Dr Kelly was abrupt, rude, and arrogant. I am an older woman and he was very condescending in the way he spoke to me. He treated me as if I knew nothing about my own condition and medical history. He insisted I needed a cardiac Cath procedure which was totally unnecessary.
