So professional yet gentle with the children
I had a very bad experience with the medical secretary. I think her name was Angelica, she was very unprofessional. She did not take accurate information. She did not follow up with me while leaving us waited to be treated.I Do not recommend. Horrible my son got worse and I had to take my son somewhere else.
I absolutely love this center BUT that receptionist is rude and off putting. Will talking to someone about her!!!.

I owe my life to these angels! they are the best most compassionate humans/Doctors I have ever met. they cured my little baby and I couldn't have been more grateful. I trust them with my life! Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Trachtman, Ludomirsky, Shah, Pierro and all the nurses who have been of most help and kindness.. u have been the light through a very tough journey! These are the best doctors ever!!! God bless NYU hospital
