Lauren and team are an amazing group to work with. We spent a couple of months preparing the house with a stager that Lauren brought in and it paid off. We sold in 7 days. Lauren and her team helped us navigate this sale with kindness and understanding. We haven’t sold a house in 20 years and a lot has changed in real estate. We can’t say enough about Lauren and her team. The weekly updates on the market, the weekly feedback on our house viewings, and the suggestions during the process were all very much appreciated. Our house had a uniqueness to it and the team welcome the challenge. Would use this team again if the need ever arises.

Lauren and Gigi helped us find a beautiful home in Mount Pleasant! They were very flexible in meeting when we were able to come to town to tour homes and helped us to get to know the area. We had a unique situation of selecting a home we loved, going back to New Jersey to list and sell our house and getting settled in before the start of the school year. Within less than two months they helped us to accomplish all of that! We had an excellent experience!

I can honestly say that Lauren Zurilla and her team are the best experience I have ever had with a realtor (buying or selling, and I've done it a few times now). Lauren is absolutely amazing and actually cares about her clients. She communicates very well throughout the entire process and we will not hesitate to recommend her over and over again.
