Lauren is a fantastic physical therapist. I always feel comfortable and listened to in my physical therapy sessions. She's easy to schedule with, helpful with follow-up questions, and easily one of the most thoughtful medical providers I've had. I would recommend her to anyone looking for relief from pelvic pain!
Lauren is an excellent PT who has MUCH knowledge, especially as it relates to pelvic floor health. I learned SO much about my body by working with Lauren. Lauren created a shame-free, honest, and open environment every session we had together. This allowed me to ask ALL the questions (even the embarrassing one!) so that I was better equipped to do my exercises at home.
