I started seeing Lauren during my second trimester as a first-time mom, hoping to be proactive about birth preparation and prevention, and I am so glad I found her. Lauren is an incredible pelvic floor physical therapist. As a birth doula, I was always refer my clients to her, and they have nothing but glowing reviews, and the work they do with Lauren really helps in their birth space. Lauren has also done some workshops with my clients and she’s incredible professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!
