I was sent to this office by my work for shoulder pain today, 7/31/23. I have my own insurance with Kaiser but because I completed an incident report at my job, I had to follow their protocol. I waited 4 hours in pain to be seen. I was never treated so poorly by a professional in my life. Dr. Lauren Trainer was extremely rude, dismissive, disrespectable and unprofessional!
