Finding a therapist that you can connect with is very important in your recovery. Grateful for finding a therapist like Lauren. She was a key part in my recovery journey. First appointment was 8 years ago in the beginning of my eating disorder recovery. Lauren is an amazing therapist that I connected the first appointment. She listens and helps out so much to validate your feelings and how to challenge the negative ones. She gives you the tools needed to help you in your journey wherever you are. Definitely recommend!
