My girls have been coming here since they were little babies and we love Dr. Shepard she always explains everything very thoroughly. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team. Highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for excellent care for their child.
No complaints, professional staff. The only thing is to increase a sick limit appointment for same day. If parents call to asks to see the Dr. Today means, they need urgent attention.
Dr. Shepard was wonderful with our child. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to listen to our concerns. She explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. We felt truly cared for and reassured after our visit.
