We’re a family of four kids and have been coming off and on for eight years (d/t insurance changes). The office is always clean , tidy and the front desk staff is amazing and nice special thanks to Ashley and the checkout desk staff. Dr. Shepard has a wonderful demeanor, she listens, is kind and respectful to kids and parents.
Unfortunately, we were declined as patients due to the practice’s vaccination requirements. Posting this simply to help other parents who may be searching for offices that align with their family’s healthcare choices.
Really great bedside manner- age appropriate with my teenager and extremely thorough care. I work in healthcare and I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd!
