I will never use Lauren’s hope for my medical ID bracelet again. I can’t call them. I have an IID bracelet that I ordered in the fall and there is a tine piece that has bent up and is scraping me in the same place over and over. I am a type 1 diabetic and could become a serios medical issue for me. I just ordered my daughter's second bracelet from them. The first one we ordered a couple of years ago. It came in just as we had ordered. One of the three strands of the bracelet broke. I called them and within a week we had a new one at our door. I ordered a new one today because my daughter wanted a new one and we needed to update the tag. I placed my order. This is probably one of the worst company I've ever work with. I ordered a bracelet from them and received the wrong size. The first person that I spoke with told me that he would send me out the right size one but I would have to send the old one back ( which was fine) but I would have to pay an additional shipping charge. I refused because it was their mistake and I had already paid the shipping charge. I was then connected with someone named Lee Ann who told me the exact opposite. I ordered a bracelet I thought would be great. I wanted to drive with ot on well so then I worked in it. I work at a hift shop. Opening boxes and pricing gifts. Never thought it would scraych the face of my bracelet. I have talked to Laurens Hope and have not got anywhere. I feel I was cheated. They knew this is a soft metal and it should have been coated with something or made of a different metal. They are made to wesr all the time but you can't wear this one because of its soft metal.
