I should have read reviews prior to hiring Lauren as it seems a pattern for her to take money and not deliver. Luckily for me, it was only the cost of the consult. Lauren talked a lot and has great ideas, takes money and doesn’t follow through. I’m sad to see she has done this to others as well. It’s criminal to take money and not deliver.
She was a no show for us. Made the appointment. I looked so forward to it then she ghosted us. No phone call, nothing.
My husband and I met with Lauren Rivera on 7/8/20 to discuss engaging her services to update our family room. On 7/16/20 we paid Lauren in full for the “Finishing Touches” design package. Lauren and I met the following day and ordered a sectional and rug for the room. The sectional and rug were delivered on 9/23/20. Lauren is an amazing visionary and so professional from Initial correspondence to execution. She is able to bring innovation to the table but also collaborate in a way that allows you to feel just as much of the process as you want to be. I highly recommend her for your next project, no matter how big or small. We will be going back to her for more things in the future for sure!
It was a joy to have Lauren come to our house for an interior design consult. She provided new ideas which were realistic, fresh and fit within our budget. I was concerned she would want to get rid of our existing items, but to the contrary her suggestions allowed us to work with what we have and modernize the house as well. I look forward to working with her on additional projects.
