Lauren has impeccable bedside manners and is very knowledgeable in healthcare. The entire office is friendly and helpful!
My husband and i are so lucky to have found Lauren Reynolds as our primary! Her availability is great—we never have a hard time scheduling, As a heavily tattooed neurodivergent tattooed woman with a weight issue, i cant speak highly enough of her tact and bedside manner. She treats me without judgement. The office is impeccably clean, the staff is attentive and ALWAYS a short wait. i love tpmg discovery so much and its such a breath of fresh air to have a provider who is so diligent and thorough.
My partner and I needed a new PCP and we are so glad we chose Lauren. She was thoughtful, empathetic, and thorough and made every effort to address each of our concerns. She’s a breath of fresh air and exactly the kind of provider we were hoping to find.
Horrible experience with Lauren Reynolds. Likely one of the worse experiences with a healthcare provider I’ve ever had. The pure rush she had to get out of the room after 5 minutes of being in there was really disappointing. I had more questions, she suddenly got up as I was speaking and put a stethoscope on me over my shirt- no warning. Kept it there for 2 seconds and removed it. Seemed to be a “checkbox” to fill.
