Lauren was great, she made the house hunting and home purchasing process from long distance smooth and comfortable. Communication was timely and detailed, always willing to talk as long as we needed to. She provided input and guided us through mountain house specifics that we did not have experience with. Lauren really took the time to listen to what we wanted and learn about what we like. We are from out of state and new to the area and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and provide us the “ins and outs” of living on the lake. She made finding a new home remotely very easy by performing FaceTime house tours to show us options. She also represented us during the inspection process.
