Lauren is absolutely amazing. No matter what issues or questions I have regarding homes (buying, selling, fixing, etc. ) she is always quick to help and extremely responsive. Lauren Patrick is a con artist - she stole nearly $5k from me. She owns multiple airbnbs and told me she'd give me a better deal "off the app" on one of her Gulfport properties. When I checked in the AC unit was filled with mold (which i am allergic to and she was well aware of this issue before I checked in) and I left immediately. It's been over a week and she still has not refunded my money for what was supposed to be a two month stay, in a moldy unit that I spent all of five minutes in. Lauren helped me sell my parents home so quickly and painlessly I was so shocked. I thought this was going to be a very hard and long process but she made it so easy and seamless. Selling your parents home, with six siblings, that all live in different states, is a challenge in and of itself! Being a family friend to those same individuals makes it personnel, on all levels.
