I received first a text saying this is my appt. then I received appointment cannot be accommodated…. (See below) I called the salon and Lauren herself spoke with me, stating I caused her hired help to cry because at my last cut I stated, (though I can’t remember if I had) that I questioned if she was on drugs since I had to come back to the salon for a fix.
