Lauren was deceptive about water damage in a house I purchased. Immediately after moving in, I was left spending an unexpected amount of money as well as effort and time over her and her sellers' deception. The plumbers and other professionals who worked on the damage told me the water damage was plainly evident and most certainly known by the occupants and selling agent.
