My son woke up with a swollen and crusted eye after his father had been diagnosed with pink eye due to a new puppy that liked to groom himself in places he wasnt meant to. Lauren looked at me and said "i was lucky to get an appointment. if his father hadn't been diagnosed I would have refused to see him." Lauren is always very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My son can have trouble with doctor visits, Lauren makes him feel very comfortable.
I love how easy she is to talk to. I also love the fact that she is a Mom. We get the Professional opinion also the active parenting parents opinion.
