I'm not the type of person which shares reviews on internet specially to tell bad things about it. But this is the worst practice your could go to. This office doesn't even call to let you know your lab results. They just send them through their portal without reaching to you. I had first appointment with Dr Broadway a couple of weeks ago. She is fantastic. Comfortable from the first couple of minutes and really appreciate her proactive approach. Very happy to have found her here in Venice.

DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS DOCTOR IF YOU WORK DURING THE DAY! I made an appointment as a new patient WEEKS ago AND informed the staff I work school hours only to get a call a COUPLE of days before my appointment they can’t accommodate a 4:00 appointment for a new patient. I AGAIN informed the staff I would be there at 3:30 FOR A 3:30 appointment and they declined if I could not be there at 3:00. This was unprofessional and extremely frustrating!!
