Dr. Broadway was a good doctor and then she let go of all of her patients who were not a Medicare and we all ended up with actually a bunch of people running the office who didn’t really know what they were doing. you can’t reach anyone of importance when you call you get an offsite answering service that sounds like it’s in another country. every time this office is put in a referral for an ultrasound or an MRI or a surgeon. I was a patient of Dr Broadways for about 3 years . I left her practice in February 2024 for a few reasons. Her bedside manner left something to be desired. I felt unheard at my visits. When I questioned a particular abnormal blood test result, she replied in the portal email that the nurses already told me there was no problem with the test. No concern for my concern. I can’t rave enough about Dr. Broadway. She is so compassionate and understanding. She really listens to you, and hears you. You never feel like you’re a quota of patients she’s trying to make like other PCPs I’ve had in past. Recently I was feeling oddly ill and instead of telling me to take an aspirin and rest, she treated me like I knew my body and knew something wasn’t right, and she guided me toward the next course of medical attention.
