Dr Parmer was great at first but now her office is not responsible or caring to the patients. I need to see her urgently today and no one called me back after several messages. I was up all night and really needed to see someone in the next few days at least. no one called back. i called again and go someone who told me despite being very ill, i'd have to wait a month to see someone so I should just go to an urgent care facility instead. What???
Dr. Parmer is hands down the best doctor I've had!
Dr. Parmer actually takes the time to listen to her patients and includes them in her treatment plan. I referred my mother and any other person who will listen. She is compassionate and kind. The office staff is nice and the office is clean.
Dr. Parmer is a wonderful family medicine physician. She attentive and follow up is wonderful. My whole family sees Dr. Parmer for our check-ups, physicals, etc. Dr. Parmer also goes above and beyond to ensure she is providing the most current recommendations for treatment.
Wonderful doctor! Caring, paid attention, gave me the time I needed. Wonderful front and back office staff as well!
From beginning to end, Dr. Parmer is thorough. She truly listens and cares about your concerns and will always find a solution. Her bedside manner is warm and refreshing. Her office is beautiful and adds to the comfort of the overall doctor experience. I appreciate that she respects certain requests I have and will find alternatives to solutions that I am not comfortable with. Overall, it is nice to not just be another patient she knows by record, but a patient she knows by face and interaction
Truly a relateable, concerned, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. She was able to tell me how we were going to address my concerns and other things I needed to keep an eye out for in an intelligent, non-jargony, non-condescending way. Tremendous physician. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Parmer' personality is very warm, welcoming and thorough. She has a wonderful bed side manor and had answers to all of our questions.
