Our family did not have a good experience when Dr. Maeda was caring for our family member admitted to the hospital.. She switched from hospital service to clinic service before his discharge and there was no transition of care or individual physician who took responsibility for my husband. He had been admitted directly to hospital, so when Dr. Maeda changed to clinic service, she no longer had responsibility for in patient care.
