Today i arrived 8mins late for my appointment at 2pm because of traffic. The front desk checked me and said it was ok since i was there before the 10mins grace period. I know Advocate have a 10-15 grace period for all paients. I was waiting there till 2:35 and then I was told I’d have to reschedule because I was late. I told them that i was checked in before the 10 mins grace period but the lady in the front dsek said the doctor only allow to be late for 5 mins. Best OBGYN around, wonderful bedside manner, explains everything clearly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Hensley is amazing!
She is a very unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Throughout my pregnancy I waited her in a examen room for more than 15min. If i have appointment at 7:45am she sees me at 8am or so. She never saw me on time they just checked me in. Now today in postpartum appointment i am 9min late and when I reached they told me I am late now I need to reschedule what rubbish is this. If i could give zero stars i would. Today i arrived 6mins late for my appointment after having car issues and spending $40 on an uber to get me there. I called a few mins before my scheduled appointment to say we ran into traffic but I’m down the street. I was told I’d have to reschedule after being on hold for a few mins and by that time i was already there. So i went to check in anyway.
