She is a very unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Throughout my pregnancy I waited her in a examen room for more than 15min. If i have appointment at 7:45am she sees me at 8am or so. She never saw me on time they just checked me in. Now today in postpartum appointment i am 9min late and when I reached they told me I am late now I need to reschedule what rubbish is this. If i could give zero stars i would. Today i arrived 6mins late for my appointment after having car issues and spending $40 on an uber to get me there. I called a few mins before my scheduled appointment to say we ran into traffic but I’m down the street. I was told I’d have to reschedule after being on hold for a few mins and by that time i was already there. So i went to check in anyway. PLEAE READ ENTIRE REVIEW: Dr. Lauren Hensley is not an OBGYN I would ever recommend to anyone. I saw her in May/2022, right before my husband and I began trying to conceive/get pregnant. In February/2024 (nearly two years later), we had not conceived naturally or with two IUI procedures through a fertility clinic. At this point, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Hensley to help me. I just wanted to start by saying Dr. Hensley is the best obgyn that I have had over the years. She is very personal and does not show any judgment. I appreciate her for everything and making every appointment I have the best experience. I remember one time I missed my appointment and yes the nurse called to advised and when I asked if I can still come in they made an exception. I live an hour away and will continue to travel to see her.
