Best doctor ever. She is kind and patient and knowledgeable. She helped me so much in my third pregnancy after a very difficult second pregnancy that ended in loss. She is absolutely fantastic and would recommend her to anyone.
I started seeing Dr. Kerr when I found out I was pregnant. I have prior health conditions and found Dr. Kerr to be proactive in my treatment vs reactive which is very important and made me feel safe. She listened to my concerns and treated me with the utmost respect. Her team is also amazing and her nurse is so kind! Love this practice. You do not easily find this level of care anymore these days.
Dr Kerr was very approachable and friendly. It wasn't hard to get appointments. Her staff was also very helpful. She is knowledgeable and honest and I appreciated her feedback. Very good at explaining things and cared about the things I cared about. I saw her at her westlake office under unfortunate circumstances, but her optimism and smile kept me hopeful. She took care of an emergency situation for me in 2 visits and 1 hosp admission all within 3 days. I trust her and feel I'm in good hands!
It's only been one visit. But she squeezed me in. She was very thorough answering questions and made me feel comfortable. Asked if I had any other question. Painless procedure, I have a good feeling about her!
It is a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment with her. They have cancel my appointments 2 times for other emergencies. Health is not for free and I am paying for it, what about my health. She hasn't check me in 1.5 years because there is not time for preventive health in her office
Dr. Kerr is not educated on many different diseases women can have. I felt crazy & stupid for going to her with my issues & her nurse is RUDE. If you are having pain, see someone else. After seeing her & explaining my problems & then being told to see a gastroenterologist - I now have a great OB, have been diagnosed with endometriosis which I am now 1 week post op of excision, removal of my appendix due to endo & removal of adhesions. But to her I was just a crazy girl who didn't have any pain
