This is the second time TOSPT has tried to make it in Franklin County. It’s the second time TOSPT has been unable to maintain a steady schedule and keep the doors open. Physical therapy is a profession and service that requires reliability and a positive experience. I’ll stick with Apalachicola Physical Therapy and Tom Brocato, PT where professional experience and management have prevailed in Franklin County for over 30 years. You can’t beat longevity and experience!!
Stay as far away from the TOSPT clinic in Crawfordville as you can. Despite having an initial appointment time staff left me in the waiting room for over 30 minutes and offered no explanation. The office manager then sent an e mail stating a 2nd appointment was scheduled for 9/19/19 at 3:30 pm. I show up at 3:30 pm only to be told by some bimbo gal at the desk that I missed my appointment at 9:30 am that morning! I told her the Office Mgr. scheduled me at 3:30 via e mail.
