I have called this office a few times in the past two days because my mom has two fractures in her back, first, they would not call back and second they (the staff who answers the phone), said the doctor won't call back because patients take up too much of her time...that is truly the sign of a bad doctor. I am desperately trying to get a referral for my mom and that is the answer I get after 2 days, she wont talk on the phone because patients take up too much of her time. I was there last nite for soar throat and sinus infection and the nurse claim that it wasn't necessary to provide me antibiotics so I had to plead and beg her for antibiotics so I can get better faster. I was there for 5 hours. They need to hire more doctors to check us faster so we won't have to be there that long
Very rude staff at the ER department and the doctors don't really check you like they are suppose they staff just want to get you out As soon as possible
