Wow! I can honestly say that I have never experienced such GREAT customer service when it comes to a hair stylist! Lauren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I am considering a service that I am a bit nervous about and Lauren explained the process step by step. She clarified everything and when I am ready, I will definitely go to her. Lauren is such an amazing woman. Her knowledge of hair is just what I didn’t for my granddaughter. She was dying her own hair and Lauren came in and did what she does best. An amazing job. She made a 12 year old girl so very happy which made this Oma very happy. Her hair was damaged and ended up looking so healthy and beautiful. Thank you Lauren.
