I have been a patient for over 6 years. Although her practice has stopped accepting private insurance coverage since becoming a patient, I have found that her knowledge and experience are worth paying out of pocket.
I was a patient of Dr. Langleys for over 4 years. Overall i had a postive experience with her. However, I somehow missed a payment for an appointment and was informed when I called to make an appointment to refill my medication that I had the outstanding bill and in order to make a new appointment, I would have to cover both up front. At over $300 combined, this wasn't something I had planned for and wasn't financially able to cover all at one time. Dr. Langley has helped me tremendously during a very difficult time in my life. She helped me finally get on the most effective medications. She recommended a residential treatment place for my PTSD which I had never considered. It was life changing. And above all else, she really listens to what I say and is very compassionate.
I saw Dr. Langley at her office on Ashes Drive in Wilmington, NC after being referred to her by my therapist. When I originally made the appointment with her receptionist, I had provided my insurance card with the other new patient paperwork. This was weeks prior to my first appointment.
