Dr. Groves was absolutely wonderful! She was very nice, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. She took the time to listen, was very attentive, and made the entire visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I’m so glad we chose Dr. Groves and would definitely recommend her to others! ❤
She didn't believe me about my mental illness and didn't believe I was delusional and said she couldnt support me with my social security. I didn't even get to finish explaining all my symptoms. How is the tv talks to me not a delusion... I didn't even get to tell her about my hallucinations. I don't think she bothered to check my past history. She also seemed sour face towards me. It was not a good experience. This was very hurtful to me who suffers from mental health on a daily basis to the point were I cannot work..
