I’ve seen Dr. Ferrel one time, she failed to mention I had Graves Disease, she never returns my phone call so that I can get my prescriptions filled those prescriptions I desperately need because I also suffer from a sub sternal thyroid! But when I saw Matt he was right on top of it all he told me the bad news about my new problems and now he’s gone!!!
I've been to see Dr. Ferrell many times. Dr. Ferrell is a very compassionate doctor. She listerns to you, and doesn't make you feel rushed. Dr. Ferrell is a young Doctor is a very smart woman. I highly recommend her.
