I lovee Dr. Feng!! She listens to me, she understands my concerns and she has worked with me on helping through. I never have an issue reaching her through mychart, I get an appointment within a week. Its crazy seeing the other reviews because I've never had a doctor who listens like Dr. Feng. All my friends go to her. My husband sees her. We all love her.

Love Dr Feng but her nursing and supporting staff and this location are dangerous to say the least. Had an Issue over the weekend and on call Dr prescribed medicine and said i absolutely should get lab work done first thing monday to address any other issues that may be related. Nurse Kate laughed and said that’s not how things are done and recommended making an appointment to talk to the doctor later in the week to see if lab work would be necessary.
Dr. Feng was extremely professional and answered all my questions thoughtfully. She ordered some tests that calmed my fears regarding my health. An empathetic professional.
Unprofessional and dismissive--"avoid Dr. Lauren Fang” I’ve been with DuPage Medical for over 10 years. Normally see my primary only. Always professional, attentive, and respectful. But my one visit with Dr. Lauren Fang was so poor that I will never return to her again not even in an emergency. I paid $180 out of pocket as an uninsured since march, asthmatic mom to rule out strep and avoid worsening symptoms.
