Yesterday was my first appointment with my new PCP at BSW Rivery Drive location. After reading many reviews from BSW patients, I was concerned. However, my experience was absolutely positive from start to finish. My wait time was very minimal. The reception desk staff, clinic staff, and my new doctor were all wonderful. I made the right decision to make this BSW location my Healthcare home. Thank you so much!
Easy to ask, easy to answer all my problems
Office seemed to be very organized and efficient. This was my first time at this clinic, and everyone who greeted me was pleasant and friendly. The receptionist literally had "all of her ducks in a row". The nurse efficiently entered information into the computer while pleasantly chatting. The physician was all business. No greeting, no announcing who she was, and no handshake. This was the first time I met her. She was there to do her task, then left. Made me wonder if I was her first patient! But then, ..don't they intern?
Very professional. Had a very good experience!
