I have been a patient for a year and a half. Dr Wagner is one of the best doctors out there! I picked her off my insurance website, called and confirmed she's taking new clients and with the most minimal amount of phone tag made our 1st appt. When I was in an extremely rough spot, I called. Dr Wagner called me on a Saturday and again on a Sunday, gave me the most solid and grounding support and advice, and I felt so amazingly cared for and supported! I've been to my share of doctors in this field. I've worked with lighthearted doctors, matter-of-fact doctors, robo Rx doctors, treated in what is a standard sterile doctor's office, etc. Dr Wagner offers genuine care and concern. Her office is inviting, like going to the home of a friend (although it has a nearly distractingly beautiful view of the lake and shoreline). This was the rudest Dr. I have ever been to. Not only did she literally stay on a phone call the ENTIRE time I was at her office for the first time meeting her. She did not listen, was rude, and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. horrible experience!
