I highly encourage finding a different psychiatrist. The voicemail system is out of date as well as the telehealth connections. Though we were on the same side of political views, she referenced the political climate to where it came off unprofessionally. I was on Prozac for 10 years at this point. And instead of updating, she increased it to 80mg (from 40 mg). At first I said we could try it but in the long run , it affected my personality , socializing, and sexual health. I have been a patient for a year and a half. Dr Wagner is one of the best doctors out there! I picked her off my insurance website, called and confirmed she's taking new clients and with the most minimal amount of phone tag made our 1st appt. When I was in an extremely rough spot, I called. Dr Wagner called me on a Saturday and again on a Sunday, gave me the most solid and grounding support and advice, and I felt so amazingly cared for and supported! I've been to my share of doctors in this field. I've worked with lighthearted doctors, matter-of-fact doctors, robo Rx doctors, treated in what is a standard sterile doctor's office, etc. Dr Wagner offers genuine care and concern. Her office is inviting, like going to the home of a friend (although it has a nearly distractingly beautiful view of the lake and shoreline).
