PLEASE Believe the negative reviews!!! If i could give her 0 stars, i would This specialist is extremely rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and lacks basic empathy. Entire Appointment seemed rushed. She spent a total of 6 minutes with me in her office! She Didnt go over the xray with me or explain findings, didnt ask questions about symptoms or pain level. She can’t remember people‘s names or doesn’t care about their names? Unbelievable. The only good thing was was her Nurse Very friendly has a personality this doctor should look at an examine herself an replicate! The x-ray woman was very nice too, will never go back to her Waste of my day my gas my time! 🤦🏻♀️
DO NOT see Dr. Lauren if you want to have someone competent to read X-rays and diagnose you! The bad comments she is receiving all happened to me too! Dr Lauren does NOT care or value you as a patient. She couldn’t even read an X-ray to see that you have a problem with your back and says that she sees nothing wrong with back and back is just fine !
