I was referred to Dr. Lauren Matteini by another physician due to pain in my neck. She put my x-ray on the monitor and said "you have arthritis". Then she said "there's nothing I can do for you". As she ran out of the exam room, she shouted "use Valteren (a topical gel)". I was there for less than 20 seconds. She is the worst doctor I have ever met. She was incredibly rude. 0 - When she entered the room, she started YELING at my father, calling him FAT, and didnt offer any recommendation. She just asked what he wanted until we asked to give us results of xrays and she seemed stunned we spoke up. Then proceeded to talk to my father as if he was a CHILD. She spoke in a rude and demeaning way. She is by far the meanest doctor I have ever met. Not because of her treatment plan but it was how she spoke. HORRIBLE.
