Doctor Kaplan dismissed my complaints about doctor abuse and gaslighting was in full gear . She has fallacious ideas about Opiates , thinking THEY DO NOT WORK, against all the medical science that speaks of the efficacy of Opiates with non-addicts. She keeps me in pain for no discernable reason.
Dr. Kaplan was the best resident ever! She belongs in Arizona, though. Sorry, Portland.
