Lauren is the ideal blend of characteristics for a therapist - practical, grounded, accepting, real, intuitive, challenging, and smart. I'm a therapist myself and am always impressed by her insight in our sessions. The way she blends IFS and astrology was so refreshing and felt so natural. I am SO lucky to have Lauren as my therapist! I've been to a couple of therapists before but it wasn't as impactful as the work we have done together.
