Dr. Ditta is thorough, caring, and very responsive to questions and has taken the time from her demanding schedule to call me and provide explanations about her recommendations on my teenage daughter's care. She has an awesome and caring team who supports her in her office as well as an outstanding nurse, Marla, who travels with her. Dr. Ditta provides care for pediatrics as well as adults. I read the reviews this morning before my daughters appointment but I’m glad I kept an open mind! Dr. Ditta and the staff are very pleasant, patient, and efficient. The atmosphere in the lobby is fun and entertaining, the exam rooms are also cheerful/colorful. My 2 year old daughter had some unknown debris stuck on her eyeball and although she was struggling and upset Dr. Ditta was able to get the object out on the first try with little amount of stress as possible to my girl. Dr Ditta has been amazing through our entire process as we have learned about my son’s development issues with his optic nerve and we plan to continue seeing her as long as we can! She has first hand knowledge of all of the development for surgical opportunities and will be the best resource whenever an option does come available. The desk lady hung up on me when rescheduling for my daughter’s appointment. All you do is answering a call and setting an appointment for patients and you can’t even do that? How pathetic.
