**I finally heard from the owner who offered to refund my money. I appreciate the effort to make it right** The flowers I ordered were not delivered. I tried to call and question and the mailbox is full. My friend tells me I’m the about the 20th person who had the same experience. Thus the full mailbox I’m guessing.

I ordered an arrangement over the phone from IL and Beverly was so very helpful and understanding of a pretty last minute request…and wow, the results were just stunning. With relatively little info to go on, she made the PERFECT arrangement for my friend. Just out of the park all around - I’ve always known this was the best florist in Carrollton but now I think it might be the best in the whole state.

Bev is an a truly amazing florist. She made the most beautiful Flower arrangement for my brother. Bev sent me a picture of the arrangement she put together and I was truly blown away by the attention to detail that she put into it. I highly recommend using Bev as your florist.
