Dr Cerullo saw me for a wart on my thumb. She sent me to a Surgeon. The wart was back again. I saw Dr Cerullo again and she acted surprised when she read the notes from the surgeon. Dr Cerullo burned the wart. Wart did not go away. I had follow up appointment with her assistant. Appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and assistant said go back to surgeon. Dr. Cerulla is knowledgeable and helpful. She takes time to listen and answer all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better dermatologist.
I saw Dr. Cerullo for some dry flaky skin on my face that was abnormal/pre-cancerous. Dr. Cerullo said it needed to be frozen and I should prepare for it to sting. I braced myself because I had experienced this kind of freezing before and it is a very intense and strong sting. Then I experienced a brief little "pft" of cold and that was it. Dr Cerullo is very much connected to her patients. Not very often one gets to experience a doctor that allows the patient to feel like a member of a team. I am happy to drive 2hr-round trip for appointments, just to receive the top notch knowledgeable and friendly care.
